Summer Fun

We have been trying to soak up every bit of summer when Gage is home on the weekends.. here is some of the fun stuff we have been doing!
Concerts in the Park!!

We had such a blast with friends hanging out on the grass listening to great music!

Tava & Clint came to the zoo with us!!  It was so hot but such a fun day with great friends!

Drive In Movie

I LOVE the Drive in!!!  It had been forever since either of us had been but it was such a blast!!  It makes the regular movies seem not as fun anymore!  Laying out blankets, eating snacks and watching 2 movies!!  Such a great night and we will definately be going again soon!!!

Dad

Happy Birthday Dad!!!  This weekend was my Dad's Birthday and we had a great time getting together to celebrate!  I just have to brag for a second and say that i have the Best dad in the whole world!!  He is the most loving, kind, and generous person i know..Thanks for your example and guidance you give to me every step of the way:) I Love You!!

I just had to post this picture from our wedding because i love it so much:)  I think it perfectly shows our relationship... I will always be a daddys girl at heart!

4th weekend

We had such a fun weekend for the 4th!  Both me and Gage had the whole weekend off for the first time in a while so we had such a blast!!  We spent a couple days at the pool, Gage tried to teach me how to do the flo rider at the pool.. I ended up just doing the knee board after a few tries standing up!  Gage makes it look a lot easier than it is!  We had bbq's with both families and did fireworks!!   We also went to stadium of fire and saw Carrie Underwood and she was so amazing!!!  Best of all we had the whole weekend to hang out together and with family!!  Happy 4th!!

Playing Outside

The weather has not been cooperating much but we have been able to get outside a few times to do some fun things! Gage took me on an amazing hike and proved what a baby i am when it comes to hiking! We also went on a fun ride up to Silver lake to go fishing!! I love being so close to the mountains and being able to spend some time outside with my hubby doing what he loves most!!

The best part about our fishing trip was sitting and looking at the beautiful mountains.. the foggy day made an amazing view! It looks like a painting!

Birthday Week

Ever since i was little I have absolutely loved my birthday! This year my dad told me it wasn't mardi gras and there was no reason for me to be celebrating for a whole week:) ha ha! First I went out with me and my hubby, then out with friends, a family party with gages family.. and then Vegas!! Everyone was so good to me and I am so lucky to have great family, great inlaws and great friends!! Thanks everyone!!!! I knew i wanted to go somewhere fun for my birthday and Gage wasnt able to leave work to take me anywhere so my momma and sister (we missed you Amber) were nice enough to take me to Vegas to celebrate!! We spent a few days baking in the hot hot heat down there and had a blast!! We layed at the pool both days and shopped a ton!! I was too busy having fun the entire birthday week that i didnt take any pictures but i got a few on our trip!

My dream birthday dinner came true!!! Seafood buffet at Mandalay Bay... plate after plate of crab legs and shrimp.. mmmm!!!

We shop, shop, shopped the whole weekend!!

We even got in a little gambling at the end and i gave up after i immediately lost 30 dollars! I could have bought a shirt with that money i lost in 2 seconds!!

1 Year Anniversary

We had such a busy weekend but i couldn't have asked for anything more!!! Everything went perfect and we had so much fun!! Saturday was our 1 Year Anniversary!!! I cant believe it has already been a whole year! Time has gone by so fast!! I am so lucky to have married the man that i did, and i continue to fall more in love with him everyday! He constantly is making me smile and laugh, he makes me want to be a better person everyday and i just cant get enough of being around him! Thank You for all you do for me and I love you babe! This year we started off our anniversary with a couples massage at my work, lunch and then.....getting sealed in the Temple!!! My uncle Ron sealed us and he did an amazing job! It was perfect!!!!!!!!

Gage is now stuck with me for eternity:)

We spent the rest of the weekend up in Park City celebrating our anniversary! Lots of shopping, eating, and relaxing... just what we needed!

The day before our anniversary my best friend Tava got married!! The day went perfect and she was a beautiful bride!! I am so happy for her and Clint!!

What we been doin

We went to the Living Planet Aquarium and it was so fun!! I think we were the only people there without strollers or kids but we are just big kids! They had the coolest fish there!

Gage bought a Harley

Yes Gage bought a brand new Harley Davidson! I was definately not happy about this purchase at first but Gage loves it more than me!! I just have to keep telling myself it makes him happy so i have to try to like it too:) He also bought me a pink helmet and a harley shirt so i could at least look hot while i ride on the back!

We went through the Temple

Most importantly we went through the Temple on April 17th! It was such a great experience and we cant wait to be sealed on May 8th!

What's coming up

We have almost been married 1 Year! Time has gone by so fast and its already been almost a year!!! We are going to be sealed on our anniversary in the Jordan River Temple and then spend the weekend in Park City!

We are getting ready to move into my parents basement.... we have loved living in our basement apartment but we are excited to save some money and have our own place in the near future!!

Gage got a job doing wild fires this summer.... so he will be gone a lot!! He loved being outdoors and doing stuff like that so im sure he is going to love it!!!
